Nightly Guest Rate: $185
Refundable Security Deposit: $200
Non-refundable Check-In/Out Cleaning Fee: $60
Specials:
- Seventh night free any time during the year.
- Three nights for the price of two, mid-week reservations, November 1 to March 31,
excluding Holiday periods.
Notes
There is a two night minimum for any non-holiday reservation, holiday periods vary.
You are expected to do all the cleaning, leaving the home as you found it. If you would like the cleaning done for you, this can be arranged directly with Connie for an additional $20.00 per hour. Just add this request into the questions/comments box below. This request must be arranged ahead of time. However, please keep in mind during the busy season that this may not be possible to arrange.
No children under 10 allowed unless special permission arranged ahead of time. Maximum Occupancy is 4 persons.
